Instructor / Consultant commitments (part of the agreement):

• The instructor or consultant undertakes not to contact — outside the platform — any client they met through Vistora in order to provide services or collect payment directly. This includes phone number, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, or any other means of communication, and applies for 24 months from the last interaction. On violation, the platform may immediately suspend the account, forfeit undisbursed dues, and claim compensation.
• The instructor or consultant agrees that the Vistora platform may use their name, profile photo, biography, qualifications, specializations, and introductory content to display their profile, market their services within the platform, and promote the courses, sessions, or events associated with them — without any additional financial rights arising, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The instructor or consultant may not exploit sessions or courses to market any company, training center, academy, store, platform, or course outside Vistora, and may not distribute any cards, brochures, links, QR codes, or phone numbers.
