Refund & Return Policy – Vistora

Given the nature of the digital products and services provided through the Vistora platform, all purchases are subject to the following policies:

Digital Products

Once a purchase is completed or a digital product is downloaded, the transaction is final and non-refundable.

Courses & Events

• Cancellation may be requested before the event date, subject to the terms specified for each event.
• Fees are non-refundable after attending the event or starting the course.

Consultations

• A session may be rescheduled a reasonable time before the scheduled appointment.
• Failure to attend without prior notice is considered forfeiture of the session.

Exceptional Cases

Vistora may consider certain refund requests only in cases of technical issues or operational errors.

Refund requests arising from fraud or misuse are not accepted.
